We could say something about this collar being as bumpy as the real thing, but that would be gross. Anyhow, this 1 inch wide collar features small and large flat spots laid out in a fun pattern. Designed to pretty up the foster dog "Pickles", this collar did it’s job! Pickles now lives in a fancy house in Marin, CA.
